KiKi Layne is a woman of many talents—just look at her acting résumé. She ardently fought for her husband’s freedom after he’s wrongfully accused of a crime in If Beale Street Could Talk, kicked ass alongside Charlize Theron in Netflix’s The Old Guard, and, most recently, gave an impressive turn as a spiraling housewife in the much-talked-about Don’t Worry Darling, despite most of her scenes being cut.
For her latest public appearance attending Loewe’s show at Paris Fashion Week though, Layne was decidedly herself. “I feel so cool and bold,” she exclusively told ELLE.com of her #OOTD, comprised of a belted red turtleneck maxi dress layered under a long olive green trench coat, paired with lace-up boots and square-frame sunglasses. “And comfortable!” Let’s chalk that up to the fact that designer Jonathan Anderson—who’s celebrating 10 years leading the brand this year—knows how to have fun with fashion.
Keep scrolling to see how Layne got ready for the show, including finding her light before entering the venue—a castle outside of Paris. Just another day at the office!
