R&B phenomenon Jhené Aiko is an anomaly: As a performer, she's a pint-size spitfire who holds her own on stage next to Drake and Childish Gambino; as a 26-year-old woman, she's soft-spoken, introspective, and ascribes to a "nothing that stands out too much" style mantra.
