Two years in and it seems that designer Natacha Ramsay-Levi has hit her stride at Chloe. For Fall 2019 the Chloe gal is navigating “the volatile territory between love, passion, and commitment,” and Ramsay-Levi is giving her all the options she’ll need to wear while doing so.
There were the signature Chloe pieces: the easy-breezy dresses, but also options for those less-boho inclined. Highlights include equestrian-inspired short suits, cargo pants, and outerwear of all shapes—from regal capes to ‘70s-inspired shearling-trimmed leather coats and bomber jackets. A navy coat with extra wide lapels paired with khaki pants and brown boots was a particularly winning combination.
As for the accessories, it wouldn’t be a Chloe show without a covetable bag. The “C” cross body is still kicking, but even better is the belted Aby chain bag and the Aby Padlock clutch, plus an adorable new mini all made an appearance on the runway. Bag fiends get ready.
