The first high jewelry collection under the new creative direction of Nathalie Verdeille is Out of the Blue, a fantastical assortment of expertly crafted sea creatures that honors longtime Tiffany & Co. jeweler Jean Schlumberger’s wild imagination and penchant for bringing animalia to life. We’re particularly obsessed with this sapphire and tanzanite jellyfish that looks like it could really swim.

Who: Cartier

What: Grain de Café collection

Where: Online at cartier.com and in Cartier boutiques worldwide

Why: Cartier’s rich history is synonymous with craftsmanship, glamour, and Hollywood. For those unfamiliar, the house’s original Grain de Café collection—featuring whimsical, bean-shaped pendants—debuted almost a century ago under creative director Jeanne Toussaint, and became well-known when Grace Kelly wore a set for her wedding that turned her into a princess. Now, with modern techniques and a freshness that only time can bring, the latest iteration riffs on the lightness and movement of coffee beans, either strung on gold chain necklaces or blooming on woven rings, and seen most recently on house ambassador Elle Fanning at the Met.

What: Luggage collaboration in celebration of Pride Month

Where: On display at the Away store in Williamsburg, 111 N. 3rd Street, Brooklyn, NY

Why: Willie Norris knows better than most that exclusivity and if-you-know-you-know moments give the queer community a sense of joy and comradery—something they have that no one else does. Her collaboration with Away does just that: the creative has emblazoned the brand’s signature rolling luggage with a trio of slogans winking at the schlep many like her are all too familiar with. The best part? The luggage isn’t for sale, but rather has been gifted to Norris’ nearest and dearest to tote their wares around the country as they celebrate Pride Month. Here’s to less subtlety and taking that extra space at the airport.
